Mathematics
The Lighthouse Christian Academy offers a college preparatory mathematics curriculum that includes pre-Algebra, Algebra I and Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus.
Our primary goals are to prepare students for college level mathematics courses and placement tests and develop in students the confidence needed for the daily use and application of mathematics. In the classroom we emphasize conceptual understanding and application over rote procedural memorization.
All of our mathematics courses are based upon the Bob Jones University curriculum.
